Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain - Charm (Swatches)

Happy 4th of July y'all ! Today I share with you lip swatches of another Balm Stain in Charm. 

Charm is a light peach color with some hints of pink in it. When I first saw this color, I thought that it would be your typical nude color and I thought to myself, what kind of stain will this give me ?! I'm proud to say that this does give somewhat of a stain on my dark lips. I was super surprised.

I really thought this was going to wash me out but it looks pretty natural, in my opinion. At first, that's what it seemed like but throughout the day, it changed colors. Yes. It went from a peach to pink. Not straight up pink but it sure brought out the pink-ness of my lips. Like my lips but pinker. A very subtle pink. A 'barely there' peach pink. It was really flattering.

I have many similar shades to this lip color but I couldn't find an exact duplicate. There was always something different about this one.

I really thought Charm was going to be most similar to Creamsicle when I bought it but I was wrong ! It's not even close at all. Creamsicle is lighter and more on the beige side. Just Enough Buff is not the same consistency and is darker but color wise, they may just be from the same family. Soft Nude is darker and has more peach tones to it. Shy girl is not close and it definitely darker and it so happens to be similar to Just Enough Buff but Shy Girl is a touch less peachy, especially on the lips and they have completely different consistencies.

Overall, I figure that this shade will look different on everyone. And not everyone will be satisfied either. I really like it and I think it's worth a shot. It's definitely great for everyday and/or throwing it into your purse or makeup bag and just go.
